This tropical chutney is a great hit in summer. It’s made with fresh mango, coconut, macadamia nuts, sultanas, ginger, and a hint of chilli. It’s fantastic chilled from the fridge straight onto salads and vegetable dishes, warmed and served like a salsa with fish.
