Product   is sold fresh useby or frozen Best Before date.  For best result thaw frozen product at 4   Deg C overnight. Do not refreeze. Product is ready to eat at 4°C; for   immediate consumption (within 30 minutes) by general public.

Primary   Packaging: Products are   packed in individual portions in flow wrapped 30um Polyprop film supported by   a cardboard “u-board” . The dimensions of the plastic are 50mm x 70mm   x120mm.  The packaging used complies   with food grade packaging.

 

Secondary Packaging:   : Individual   portions are packed in lots of 60 in a Homebush cakes printed 8 inch carton.   The dimensions of the outer carton are 215mm x 215mm x 427mm. The cartons are constructed from C03N flute C   cardboard. The cartons are sealed using tape..
