Directions for Use

Serve as a stir-fry sauce

600g sliced chicken (also great with Beef, Prawns or Vegetables) 200g Passage Foods Satay Sauce

1/2 Brown onion or a stalk of spring onion, sliced 1/2 Red Capsicum, sliced

1. Carrot, sliced

2. tablespoons Vegetable Oil Jasmine Rice, as required

   Suggested Cooking Instructions:

3. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok or saucepan.

4. Add your choice of meat and cook on ‘high’ for 3 minutes or until sealed.

5. Reduce to low heat and sauté until meat is cooked through.

6. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

7. Pour in Satay Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce and heat through.

8. Serve with boiled or steamed rice
