Directions for Use
Serve as a stir-fry sauce
600g sliced chicken (also great with Beef, Prawns or Vegetables) 200g Passage Foods Satay Sauce
1/2 Brown onion or a stalk of spring onion, sliced 1/2 Red Capsicum, sliced
Carrot, sliced
tablespoons Vegetable Oil Jasmine Rice, as required
Suggested Cooking Instructions:
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok or saucepan.
Add your choice of meat and cook on ‘high’ for 3 minutes or until sealed.
Reduce to low heat and sauté until meat is cooked through.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Pour in Satay Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce and heat through.
Serve with boiled or steamed rice
