Directions for Use
What to Get:
1kg of Diced Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Seafood or Vegetables 500 g (2 cups) of Basmati Rice
Suggested Cooking Instructions:
Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan.
Add your choice of diced Meat, Seafood or Vegetables and cook on high until sealed
Pour Vindaloo simmer sauce into pan. Stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to SIMMER
Cook on SIMMER until fully cooked and tender.
Serve on a bed of steamed Basmati rice.
Chef's Suggestion:
For a more fiery experience, stir in some sliced fresh chilli For 2.5Kg pack:
Add your choice of: 7.5Kg Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Seafood or Vegetables.
