Directions for Use

For 375g pack:

What to Get:

1 kg of Diced Lamb, Chicken, Beef, Seafood or Vegetables 500 g (2 Cups) of Basmati Rice

Optional: 150 ml Natural Yoghurt

Suggested Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat two teaspoons oil in a medium saucepan.

2. Add your choice of Diced Meat, Seafood or Vegetables and cook on high until sealed.

3. Pour Tikka Masala simmer sauce into pan. Stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to SIMMER.

4. Cook on SIMMER until fully cooked and tender.

5. Serve on a bed of steamed Basmati rice.

   Chef's Suggestion:

   To make a delicious meal taste even better, stir in four tablespoons of Natural Yoghurt before serving.

   For 2.5Kg pack:

   Add your choice of: 7.5Kg Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Seafood or Vegetables.
